The Service is a search and discovery tool that surfaces live deals from third‑party sources. Results may use AI‑assisted ranking and heuristics. We do not operate an online store, handle payments, or guarantee stock, delivery, or retailer policies.
4) User Content & Listings
Users may submit listings (“User Content”). You retain ownership of User Content, but grant DiscountFinder a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free licence to host, display, and distribute it for operating the Service. Do not post content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or infringes third‑party rights. We may moderate, remove, or refuse content at our discretion.
5) Prohibited Activities
- Scraping or harvesting the Service other than via permitted public endpoints;
- Posting false prices, fabricated deals, or affiliate spam;
- Attempting to bypass security or disrupt the Service;
- Infringing intellectual property or privacy rights;
- Using the Service for unlawful purposes.
6) Prices, Availability & Accuracy
Prices, availability, and promotions originate from third‑party retailers and can change without notice. We strive for accuracy, but do not warrant that results are correct, complete, or current. Always verify on the retailer’s website or in‑store before purchasing.
7) Intellectual Property

14) Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in South Africa for any dispute arising from these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to you.
